With one month of school in full swing behind us, it’s almost like we never left campus. Saint Mary’s Elementary School students have been working hard in all grade levels to succeed and adapt to our new systems for screening and physical distancing so well. Whether in the classrooms, on the playground, or St. Mary’s Church, we are successfully navigating each day with pride and caution to continue our academic year together on campus. While some families opted to remain at home for distance learning, we are also engaging with these students in unique ways to keep their sense of school family in addition to their academic studies. The students and teachers have been spending a lot of time outside, taking advantage of the beautiful weather too. It’s pretty common to see a class taking their learning outdoors, and we love it!
